I’ve always been the kind of person who’d like to eat whatever she wants, and therefore does extreme amounts of exercise to justify her inordinate amount of pizza and beer consumption. I fully confess, though I’m a bit of a jock, I’ve never really had a solid handle on nutrition, even after being told time and time again that it’s the key to nailing your ideal body composition.
